Get Assist provides a range of support services including Positive Behaviour Support, Supported Independent Living, Daily Life, and Community Access services. Our services are designed to support individuals with disabilities and are governed by the terms set forth in this agreement.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are eligible under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or other relevant programs. By using our services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to provide accurate information regarding your eligibility status.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services and to update this information as necessary.
  • Compliance: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions.
  • Respectful Conduct: You agree to interact respectfully and professionally with our staff and other clients. Any form of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

6. Fees and Payment

7. Service Changes and Termination

  • Modification: Get Assist reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice as specified in the agreement. Get Assist may also terminate services immediately if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Liability and Indemnity

  • Limitation of Liability: Get Assist is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Assist, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to mediation before pursuing any other means of resolution.
